Q. Shipping rates?
All orders are sent by Unites States Postal Service (USPS).
All shipping charges are calculated at checkout before processing payments. Standard US shipping fees start at $4.98. Standard international shipping fees start at $5.45.


Q. Shipping time?
Standard shipping service for US orders is 9-14 days on average. Standard shipping for international orders is 2-3 weeks. Priority shipping for US orders is 5-7 days. Priority Shipping for international orders is 9-14 days. These time frames include processing time. We aim for accuracy with timing. If in the rare occasion, there is a delay processing your order, we will contact you immediately.

*In the event the item you have purchased is on backorder, we will contact you immediately and notify you regarding its available shipping date.

Q. Veil Color?
A. White = pure white/ stark white
B. Diamond White = off-white, soft white, in the white family
C. Light Ivory = light ivory/ cream, in the ivory family
D. Ivory = medium ivory, standard ivory, subtle yellowish undertones

Q. Payment?
We accept ALL credit cards and e-checks through PayPal.We also accept money orders for orders that total less than $70. For money order payments, please email us at info@BridalbyLeslieV.com. Include the item numbers you’d like to purchase, color, and we will reply with payment instructions.
