Birdcage Veil with Pearl Rhinestone Feather Fascinator 21 F87

This is a cute birdcage veil made of French netting and measures 9 inches long by 12 inches wide. It is attached to a small 3 inch hair comb for easy placement and comfortable wearing. The veil can be positioned on top of the head, over the face, to one side, at a diagonal, etc. Hair pins can be used to secure a desired style into place. Included is is a Lovely Sheer Flower Fascinator hair clip with PEARL and RHINESTONE center flora accents. The back of the fascinator has 2 functions: there is a slide in hair clip and there is a brooch-style pin closure so it can be worn either in the hair or pinned onto other materials. The feather measures approximately 3.5 x 3.5 inches.
